Ok, I'm going to say it. Forever 21 is really overwhelming to me. There's just so...much...stuff. I know the prices are great, but the sizing is so random, I guess that comes with the territory. This keeps me away, even though I see friends who find the cutest things there. However, when I was in Kansas City about a month ago I went in with a friend, because she needed to make an exchange. I came across this adorable polka dot top and was so excited, because I ruined my own last year and was on the hunt for a replacement.
