Make Like a Leaf
Today, the leaf skirt! I didn't feel like going colour-a-rama with this outfit, so I went with browns and a flashy necklace instead. Sweater - Club Monaco, thrifted; last seen here in January on a thrifting trip Skirt - Darling; purchased here in Rome a couple of weeks ago Shoes - Bruno Magli, vintage 80s, thrifted; last seen here (2nd outfit) in January with a lame (lah-MAY!) skirt I admire all the cropped tops and shapeless vests and unstructured coats and giant trousers that I see in the fashion mags aesthetically, but I just can't do them - they look horrendous on my body. I need fit and flattering shapes. I am not a coat hanger! ...
