Unfortunately, I am no super woman and I gained so much weight from not eating right and not finding time to squeeze in workouts since May. All my travels mean no time to hit the gym as work loads double and all my extra time goes to answering emails and drafting posts. It got so bad that I refused to wear anything but sweats lol. Well, even in sweats, I still made a bit of effort in adding punches of cute pastel into my look. Most of us get fat days, but they shouldn’t also be ugly days! Embrace yourself entirely- fit, pudgy or whatever else you feel. There’s always a way to work around it and to make ourselves feel better- even just for a little bit....
