It's that little detail that can make the biggest statement. So here is a little tip, when and if you are ever thrifting, look for a unique collar on the blouses. Even if the top is a little too big you can always throw a sweater over it, quarter sleeve it, and let your collar do all the talking! Becuase lets be honest... grandma's always had the best style! ...
