The Lowdown on Layering For Outdoor Exercise
When it comes to outdoor exercise in the fall, I really don’t know how people do it without layers. I’ll be absolutely freezing one second and hot & sweating the next. Not to mention the weather… You leave your apartment when it’s cloudy and 15 minutes later, the sun is beating down. It’s a total crapshoot. Thus, layers.
You can’t really layer your pants (that seems awkward) , but you can definitely build your look on the top. Cute sports bra… Versatile tee… And then a long-sleeve shirt or hoodie to top it off. You’ll be prepared for almost anything! I’ve been wearing this hoodie ...
