Barcelona : Marine Atmospheres at Monjuïc !
BIENVENIDO EN BARCELONA ! Let's have a walk, the time of this article, in the Monjuïc Park, a broad shallow hill with a relativly flat top overlooking the harbour, to the southwest of the city center. Montjuïc is perhaps related to the Latin sentence Mons Jovicus : Hill of Love. The Palau Nacional (National Palace), situated in Monjuïc, is constructed in a classic style of architecture inspired by the Spanish Renaissance. The fountains located by the staircases leading to the palace are the work of Carles Buïgas.
