NO VOICE, BUT FABULOUS BOOTS
After hearing my surgery went perfectly, and my recovery is going very well, I have no reason at all to feel unhappy. However, one of the downsides at this point is – and I was aware this was a risk – is that one of my vocal chords isn’t working as it should. Rather shitty, right? Yes. Because the problem is that I can literally not make myself clear. My voice is like one of someone who partied the hell out of it, which I obviously haven’t.
Now my doctor told me it could get better over time, and I had the brief thought I was okay with waiting, but after a week I’m already pretty sure I’m not going to wait for...
