Dress: Cynthia Rowley | Shoes: Converse I bought this dress ages ago and hung onto it to wear for my graduation in May. I decided to pull it out again recently to wear to the Minneapolis Fringe Festival . One of my dearest friends, Emily , wrote two shows for the Fringe, and I wore this dress to one of them.
