I swore up and down that I would never work in a business casual office. In fact, at one point I didn't take a second round interview because the office (people, ambiance, outfits) was too stiff for me. Welllllllllllll guess what? Times have changed and so have I, and I've taken a new job at a company with a business casual dress code! I was nervous and excited because on the one hand I thought that meant I would have to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe but on the other hand — guilt free shopping!
