Sunset in the Arboretum
One of my favourite places at camp is the Arboretum- it is a beautiful quiet haven where you can go and lie, read, sit. The leaves rustle gently, the sunlight streams through branches, you hear the smallest and gentlest of sounds. I love camp and I love the many, many friends I spend time with but sometimes you need a little bit of solitude. I wandered bare foot in the soft grass because I'm used to that at home. I read some beautiful books and breathed the fresh air. These photos were taken around dusk. I do like being able to wander around in summer dresses, flowers in my hair and joy in my heart.
