Birthday
Wowza, I didn't mean to take a full week and a half off! I've got so much to blog about that I can't really wrap my brain about it yet, so I'll ease back into it with my birthday recap...the big 33! Sunday night we went over to my in-laws for a very yummy birthday dinner. Then last night, my mom took us out to La Condesa to celebrate (I had the ribs and street corn)...SO good! If you visit Austin, you definitely need to try this eclectic-chic mexican food restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of flan or the like, so dessert was had a the flagship Whole Foods downtown in the form of crème brûlée, salted caramel, and locally-made toffee. Heaven I tell ya'. ...
