Procrastinating from real life
The last two months have been full of broken boxes, packing tape, and many, “I just want to burn everything I own!!!” moments. Moving is at the top of my most dreaded things ever Ever EVER. There’s nothing motivating about packing, especially when you’re in a half-here-half-there phase. (My favourite moment was realizing that all my tupperware was in an apartment different from the one I needed it in, and I ended up rolling slices of bell peppers in plastic wrap, only to have the bff side-eye me the whole bus ride that I spent snacking on peppers.)
Now that the move is over, I have a whole other beast to deal with: Unpacking! If...
