Fabulous At Fifty: Amy Brenneman
I just saw Amy Brenneman on television last night, in the HBO series The Leftovers . I remember her from Judging Amy but hadn't seen her in a long while. In her part on the new show, she doesn't speak, or at least hasn't spoken yet. She still manages to act the heck out of her role, as a woman in a cult that formed after 2% of the world suddenly vanished. On this series, she wears her hair shaggy, and what looks like minimal makeup. She's fabulous for fifty or any age. She's got her own face, and can stare you down without speaking a word.
