Fit Wednesday: The Flex Belt
Happy Wednesday! I recently added Fit Wednesdays to this blog, and one of the main reasons was to keep me motivated and share my workouts with you guys. Some of you have been with me this past year after having my twins and others have recently joined me on this journey. And what a journey it has been! It was probably the hardest I had to work to get my body back to pre-pregnancy after having my twins. (Duh! Carrying two babies was no easy task).
