The brace helped a bit and so did a cortisone shot, but not for long. So I had an MRI done last week and talked to my doctor about it. The only option I haven't tried at this point is surgery. Gulp. Luckily he has an opening for this Friday so I don't have too much time to get myself all worked up. I had a feeling it would eventually come to this...
