Many a time you have known me to proclaim undying love regarding a dress. And i'm about to do it again. Meet the Cold Shoulder Dress . I picked this little number up last week when Grazia had a voucher for 25% off at River Island. I have been loving RI again lately (you may have noticed), they really have something there for everyone right now(not like it used to be when it was very much only for young-trendy-super-hip kids wearing the latest transparent pvc type thing :p), from smart trousers to super lovely frocks, a la this one!
