Sometimes I am not overly crazy about an outfit I am wearing. It's good enough to get me through the day but I might not wear it again, or I might wear the pieces separately. You know those times where you just aren't feeling an outfit. Every once in a while though all it takes is adding a small addition to an outfit, a small detail like a scarf, a bracelet, or a necklace to kind of complete the whole look or take it to a whole new level! That is sort of how this outfit was. I wore this shirt and cardi before with jeans and a different pair of sandals. I liked it, but I wasn't over the moon about it. All it took was pairing it with shorts instead of jeans, a new pair...
