Dress as a Skirt
I have had this tank dress from Gap outlet for several years now. I love the color, but I don't like the upper tank top portion of the dress. First I tried wearing it with a cardigan, but then it got confusing if I should belt it or not. Then I tried this striped button down instead and added a necklace, and the outfit felt more like me. I wore this last weekend for errands--the colors are very pretty together.
