Hi there! ♥ Here's the last of the three outfits styling up Sammi's wonderful cat dress :) I wanted to kind of transform it a bit to show that it doesn't always have to be worn as a dress--it makes a great skirt, too! By just tucking in the top part inside to the waist band, it converts to a skirt and is easy to wear with shirts. I wanted to do a quirky, casual outfit and decided to choose a sassy t-shirt to go with an equally sassy dress! You don't necessarily even have to tuck...
