SWING DRESS FOR THE ITALIAN RECEPTION
VIVA ITALIA* The fashion style of the 50ies inspired me to wear this swing dress for the occasion of the Festa della Repubblica , the Italian National Day. This fabulous event is set up and hosted by my Italian colleagues. Think of fresh antipasti, pasta dishes, icecream from our favourite Italian icecafé in town and a great selection of Italian wine. A red Ferrari as well as a tiny Fiat Cinquecento parked in front of the venue added extra Italian lifestyle! I actually should have gone there on a classic scooter with my daughter on the backseat ;-) My dress is not quite from that time but nevertheless old, I bought it on ebay several years...
