White After Labor Day
Have you ever heard of the rule that you shouldn’t wear white after labor day? Did you ever wonder why that came to be? Well, I did some research and found out a few funny things. First, it was created in the late 1800s to early 1900s by high society wives, who used it to measure “You Can’t Sit With Us” powers, a.k.a. snobbery post Civil War.
