Here is a quick workout outfit for you all! The warm weather has officially arrived where I live and the humidity was a bit much while running yesterday. As you can see my hair is literally drenched in sweat, gross. I thought this shirt was amazing for running and the caption is just super cute. My workouts lately have consisted of running one night, hot yoga the next and so on. I have been lacking lately and stopped my mat workouts, which really target my abs and butt.
