Happy Monday! For those in the States celebrating Memorial Day, hope you are enjoying your extended weekend and of course want to thank you all past and present that have served our country. When you go shopping, do you get turned off by bad service and avoid stores that you know have spotty service? I have always prefer smaller stores rather than large department stores because the large department stores just overwhelms me with the large selection. Plus I find that a smaller store tends to have more knowledgeable sales people. However when the service is poor, I find that I shop that store less frequently.
