The Best Dress [as a shirt] with the Best Skirt
You guys know I love this dress, not only because I got it for only $10 , but because it is SO versatile. A couple of weeks ago, I wore it as a shirt with my favorite skirt and boots and I got more compliments on my outfit than ever before. I even met a random woman in my building who liked it; I told her about my blog (which I NEVER do to strangers) and she came by that day and commented (Hi Marie!) .
