Peplum is big this spring. Don’t have a peplum top? Put a belt on it (my Portlandia friends will get that pun). Putting a skinny belt onto a top automatically turns it into a peplum top. To achieve this look, the top should be slightly A-line/flared on the bottom and on the long-side. The belt should be skinny.
