It's my opinion that every closet needs a classy pair of boots for a rainy day. We don't get rain often in Southern California -- but believe it or not, that is all the more reason to have a good pair of rain boots! The city streets are not built for good drainage, so you can bet your feet and the bottom of your pants will be unavoidably soaked should you decide to venture out. There's not many things worse than cold, wet feet, so I've really found value...
