My arm is so sore. And it's not from all the heavy weights I was lifting during my workout. (I recently upgraded from five pound weights to ten. I know, it's pretty intimidating how strong I am.) No, my arm is sore because of my sister. She made me get a shot to protect her baby from whooping cough and man does it make your arm sore. And if the hurt arm isn't enough, it also made me sick.
