You know when you buy an item for a specific occasion or for when there is better weather ahead? Well that’s exactly what happened with this skirt right here. I spotted this beautiful skirt on Jessica from What I Wore about a year ago and like many items, I of course wanted it. But after scouting several Target stores in the area, the skirt in my size was completely sold out. I even had my sister on the hunt for it in DC where she lives.
