{outfit} Topped in Tartan
In this look I'm wearing two things you don't normally see me in: tartan and a peplum. For some reason (read: it's purple) I fell in love with this top last weekend at Lord & Taylor . I left it in the store since I'm doing the French Wardrobe challenge and my mom surprised me with it later in the week. She got it for under $5 because it was on clearance, an extra 65% off AND she had a coupon, ha ha. My mom is the queen of bargain shopping, it's how I learned to never pay full price. So even though I sometimes pay a lot for things, they're always on sale ;) I'm also wearing my new skinny jeans, I think I finally succeeded in finding a replacement for my favorite...
