For my 2nd installment in this series (see the first one here ), I decided to focus on a piece that I keep getting questions about...the midi skirt. Its popularity is nothing new (I was talking about them last summer ), but it has certainly gained serious momentum for spring. Though the full dramatic styles are gorgeous statement-makers, I think a lightweight flowing option is much more wearable for every day.
