WORKING OUT MOTIVATION MISSING I feel terrible. Do you remember when I was talking about my working out routine? Well, four days without working out made me a couch potato and this has been going for a month now. I haven't been working out like a Duracell bunny, but luckily I still maintain eating clean, if we don't count those days when I eat candy more than actual food haha. Going to gym has been hard for me, but fortunately there are many exercises that you can do at home. It's really important to listen to yourself. If you don't feel like going to gym, don't go. From my experience,if I don't feel like working out, I can't give 100% of myself. I rather just go home and do delicious food...
