Lesson Learned
Over the weekend I got to meet up with some of my favorite Kansas City people. Ashley , Jessica and I went to KC Fashion Week together. What I love about these girls are that they are nice, smart and witty as heck. We all sat at the show together and had a blast. When we left the show it was pouring rain. I mean, POURING rain. We ran to the car and I realized that a) it was 10:30 pm and we needed to get to dinner b) I was running on empty in my fuel tank and we were in downtown KC with no gas stations around c) it was raining so hard that I couldn't see the road.
