Sometimes all you need is to vent a little bit to feel better.Today was a much needed day off. It was spent lounging by the pool and catching up on my blog reading. I also needed to finish reading the book for my book club. We choose Fitzgerald's The Beautifiul and the Damned. I loved Gatsby and This Side of Paradise but good grief this one was a tough read!!! Anthony and Gloria are two of the most unsympathetic characters. Ever! Next up Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse Five.
