Nothing is better than getting to wear a short sleeved mini dress smack dab in the middle of winter and not be considered crazy for it. I cropped this vintage cargo jacket because I wanted the proportions to balance each other out. I'm excited to bust it out again once spring rolls around. It's the perfect casual cover up.
