From Grandma With Love
Remember when I talked about how much I appreciate crafty talents ? Well, one of the first people whose talent I adored was my grandmother. She could crochet the simplest things, like a pot holder or washcloth, and make them look beautiful. When I was in college in Virginia, I asked her to crochet a winter hat for me. I printed out a picture of what I wanted it to look like, bought the softest mint green yarn I could find, and handed everything to her. Within a week, I had the cutest little beanie I've ever owned.
