Vintage Cocktail Party with Kevin the Kidney
About a month ago, our friends to the north hosted a vintage holiday cocktail party.
I am always up for any reason to get dressed up and mingle with other fabulous folks, so Mister and I got decked out in our holiday finery and made the trek three hours north to Cottage Grove (Minneapolis).
It was fun and a nice change of scenery to see every so dressed up and looking their best. Any more these days jeans and a sweater qualifies as “dressed up”, but these folks went all out.
Jim and Jennie, the hosts, decorated their home, put out a lovely spread and served up some delectable cocktails of holidays past.
