Something Shifty
When it comes to dresses, there are a couple of words I tend to avoid. As I've mentioned before , "bodycon" is one of the words I dislike, as much as I've tried to face my demons. Another one is "shift dress". As a typical pear shape, I lean towards skater shapes. I've always been a bit scared of shift dresses for fear of them making me look shapeless. But when you have to be out of the door for work at 7.15am (my alarm is set for 4.45am on mornings that I run before work!) comfort usually takes precedence. And if there's one thing I can say about shift dresses its that they're comfy. I fell in love with this dress when I saw a girl on my train...
