Fashion | Style Series: Lunar New Year with Thai Nguyen Collections
If you didn't know, I am of Vietnamese descent and celebrate Chinese New Year, or as I like to refer it to, Tết, (Vietnamese) Lunar New Year. The new year celebrations kicking off the beginning of Spring, start tomorrow Friday January 31 on the first new moon and lasts 15 days ending on a full moon day. During that time, I'll visit family members wishing them a new year of prosperity, good health, and happiness over delicious food, and receive red envelopes (I won't get as much as I used to because I'm older, but they are filled with crisp money).
