These photos we re from an unseasonably warm day in late December, which just so happened to be jam-packed with birthday and holiday festivities. This outfit ended up doing double-duty for an early afternoon gift exchange with old friends, then a birthday celebration at Right Proper Brewing Company , followed by dinner at Baby Wale . I cannot recommend both of these establishments highly enough. I'm not a beer connoisseur so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt, but of all the DC craft breweries I've tried, I liked Right Proper the best, and their ham biscuits and fries with horseradish dipping sauce are to die for!
