Neon
My hair has some explaining to do. I struggle to grow it out for two years and now I cut it and it grows like an inch in the last three weeks. Someone explain that to me, please. Yes, this skirt is practically neon. Like I could walk down the street at night and light up the sidewalk it's that bright. But in the best way possible. I was so glad that we had a bit of a break from the cold so that I could wear this without tights, but tonight the nice weather ends again for a while. Goodbye to bare legs for now.
