Peplum Punch
I try to embrace one or two new trends each season and while some might take me a little time to warm up to, there are others that I immediately love...like peplum. This shape has a retro & ladylike vibe and it can be flattering on so many different body types. If you're pear-shaped (like me), you may want to choose a top instead of a skirt, because the frill sits up higher & won't add more bulk to your hips. But, if you're straight up & down, try a peplum skirt to help create curves and balance out proportions.
