Feeling Fit Like many others, I made a renewed commitment to hit the gym on a more regular basis in 2014. I've had some health issues lately that have left me zapped of energy, which has made a daily workout routine nearly impossible. However, like I've said before ( here ), it's all about finding what works best for you. I love running & would typically log over 20 miles a week, but my joints just can't take all that pounding the pavement like they used to. So, instead of giving up altogether, I'm making a few adjustments and working in some Yoga (stretching), Pilates (strengthening) & Zumba (cardio).
