Sunday Cinema: Blow-Up
Having a photographer for a Dad, I always thought I at least knew something about the importance of photography, but it took a class and a film like Antonioni's Blow-Up to once again see that I pretty much know nothing, and that there is always something to learn, or, at least, see anew. BUT FIRST , a little context: Directed by Michelangelo Antonioni, the film was shot in London, 1965. During the 60's fashion photography became something of a pop sensation.
