It is supposed to be 18 degrees today. 18. That's all. Nothing more, but with the wind, it is supposed to feel a lot less than 18 degrees. I am sure 18 would feel like summer in some parts of the country though! These cold temps are the perfect time to wear the warmest and most comfortable Zara blanket scarf.
