OOTD-Wu-Hoo!

I knew if I waited long enough, the Target elves would throw me a Jason Wu bone! I purchased the tee on 30% markdown- WORN HERE- bought it over sized for a slouchy look, or I can tie it up.Today I hit the jackpot - or so the manager told me. He said they aren't allowed to sell Wu at clearance prices in his store, and that somehow I got "lucky" because the items I found were online only and not stocked in their store, so someone marked them to 70% off (BTW, what happened to 75% off Target?)I love navy - one of my favorite colors EVER and I love stripes and polka dots. So this dress is perfect. Today I'm wearing it as a tunic. Too short for a dress on me. Outfit 100%...
