Christmas traditions
Our Christmas traditions have definitely evolved over the years. Once, selecting our Christmas tree was an all day affair . We would go to the farm and search the fields, looking for that perfectly imperfect tree. Then we'd cut it down ourselves and bring it home. Now with busy schedules and fewer local places offering the option of cutting your own tree, a new tradition has come to pass. Back of the Kohl's parking lot. Sure, it might be a little less festive, but its still a real tree, and we still chose it as a family - even if we did take the very first one we looked at.
