Elbows & Polka Dots
Cut- outs? Yes please! I have to say, the fabric of this (thrifted) shirt is pretty awesome, but the cut-outs are the reason it made it into my closet. Aren't you always looking to show off your elbows??? yeah, that's what I thought. Polka Dots aren't typically me, either is buying clothing from Target but the distressing made me pull the trigger.
