Zombie
Have you ever had a night wherein you aren't sure if you ever fell asleep? Now, have you ever had those nights for three days straight? If you answered yes, then you are completely aware of the zombie like state I am currently in. I'm not sure why my mind decides to switch over to turbo speed at 10pm, but these sleepless nights are getting old. I've tried everything from warm milk to lavender sheet spray, but nothing is helping me zonk out except the sound of the alarm. As soon as the alarm goes off, all my body wants to do is go to sleep. Its a cruel and vicious cycle that must be stopped. I don't want to go the sleeping pill route because I know am the loon that...
