Thailand: Tigers and the Floating Markets
Tigers in Thailand! Just about two hours outside of Bangkok, G & I were lucky enough to visit a Tiger Conservatory led by Monks. This epic visit was no easy feat (car sick Jane.. bleh!), but it was worth it! These animals were so cool and though it was a bit scary, they were beautiful! We also visited the famous floating markets (the "Venice of Thailand") where there were a ton of textiles, fruits, vegetables and restaurants. The market was totally vibrant, loud and buzzing with tourist. Did I happen to mention Thailand was hot, hot, hot!? Weather was high 80s, lower 90s. Good thing I found a coconut stand.
