Style Imitating Art: After The Meeting
Welcome to another week of SIA! This week’s inspiration is “ After the Meeting ” by Cecelia Beaux, which I picked for its pattern mixing and rich colors. Let’s see how everybody does.
Erin of Loop Looks chose to mimic the patterns rather than the colors, but I’d say the colors are pretty spot-on too, and that shirt is perfect:
Kristina of Eccentric Owl , on the other hand, chose the colors to inspire her outfit, and she nailed it with her lovely flower crown:
Jen of Librarian for Life and Style even added a jade ring for the touch of green in the painting. Love her attention to details!
